  • How does your life-story find expression in your body?

    Depending on our life-experiences we may, over the course of time, develop certain attitudes and beliefs which prevent us from developing our full potential. Moreover, we shall find that our psychological-biography is also imprinted in our bodies.

    If we are hurt time and time again during our childhood, we find intelligent and creative means to protect ourselves. In order to avoid the pain and the anxiety, we, for example can close our hearts, stiffen our back and clench our teeth in order to survive through the bad situations.
